Souring engineer
Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals.
Evaluates current and potential suppliers in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.
Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Executes contract negotiation and development in coordination with General Manager.
Drives the parts and process qualification in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.
Category cost reduction, Inflation mitigation and Working capital improvement
Quote Conversion and Margin Uplift
Supplier performance improvement, including but not limited to quality, lead-times, deliver frequency and on-time delivery from vendors
ensure year to year cost down, price negotiate
Attention to detail and accuracy
Teamwork and communication. Ability to persuade others through effective communication skills (both oral and written)
Exhibition of strong work ethic and responsiveness to earn respect of business partners/clients
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree with technical background, prefer mechanical engineering;
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience related to sourcing, supplier quality management fields in manufacturing industry;
3. Familiar with the process of new supplier development, purchasing contract management and supplier performance evaluation;
4. Able to anticipate the needs of internal/external customers and able to proactively resolve complex issues;
5. Strong computer application and data analysis skills, including office and ERP system;
6. Good English communication skills, proactive and loyal with good morality;
