万国纸业太阳白卡纸有限公司是国际纸业和太阳纸业共同组建的一家合资公司。国际纸业和太阳纸业各持有新公司55％和45％的股份。合资公司于2006年10月26日正式成立，主要生产涂布白卡纸、烟包、液体包和铜版纸。目前拥有员工1600多人。合资公司目前拥有三条生产线（17#纸机、18#纸机和22#纸机）。

International Paper Sun Cartonboard Co. Ltd. is a new founded company. Initially, JV is a 55:45 ownership between IP - Sun The new company was founded on Oct. 26th, 2006. It focuses on coated paperboard, cigarette board, liquid packaging board and art board production and has more than 1600 employees. Now JV has three paper machines PM17, PM18 and PM22.
